Banquo is a fully health-tested and registered Kennel Club stud dog, and I am a member of the Kennel Club Assured Breeders Scheme.
My name is Anna Maria Brudenell, and I live near Alnwick in the north of Northumberland. I share the house with Banquo, my 4½ year-old fox-red labrador, who very much thinks that the house belongs to him!
Banquo comes from a long-line of Field Trial Champions. I saw his litter advertised on the Scottish Gamekeepers’ Association website. He was bred by the gamekeeper of an estate near Duns in Berwickshire, from both of his working fox-red labradors.
I only wish to breed very occasionally and will continue to put health, temperament, breed type and quality at the top of my list for breeding. Good temperament is paramount for family life, and “Banquo does not have an aggressive bone in his body.” His coat is important and is maintained and prepared with quality shampoos and conditioners. In addition, he is in excellent muscular condition.
Banquo is very much part of the family and lives in the house where he is never crated or kennelled. He has 35 acres of woods and lawns to run around in, as well as daily walks in the heather, through the woods, by the rivers, or in the sea.
I have included a number of photographs and videos which show Banquo and some of his friends. Please feel free to get in touch anytime for help or advice.
